Ticket conditions

• Ticket code was sent to your personal email. If you have any questions, please contact us via email: [email protected] or hotline: (0297).663.6636
• The ticket is valid for 24 hours calculated from the activation time (when you board the bus at any station in the route).
• The ticket will expire after 3 months from the departure day written on it.
• The customer has the right to board the bus at any stations in the route (unlimited number of boarding times during ticket validity period).

Not include

• Other personal expenses (entertainment activities, meals, sightseeing fees which are not mentioned in the ticket details).
• The ticket must be activated on the date stated on the ticket. On the next day, the ticket is no longer valid.

Cancellation Policy

• Ticket purchases directly at the ticket office: no refund.
• Online ticket: no refund

Instruction

• Please enter e-ticket code (for online payment) or booking code (and pay directly) for the bus driver or staffs when you get on the bus in exchange for the official ticket that specifies the expiry date.
• Passengers must keep the ticket throughout the journey and show a ticket when the authorized person requests to check.

Note

• Please present your passport or identification papers (photocopy/image) for reviewing if required.
• Children under 1.2 meters (~3.937 ft) do not need to pay any fees.
• Children above 1.2 meters (~3.937 ft) will be charged at the adult’s ticket price.
• Please do not smoke or litter on the bus
• Please do not eat or drink on the bus
